“Best Contractor We Have Ever Had”
We recently had a fairly large job done by Tom and InTown Electric. He was the best contractor we have ever hired for any reason. Every person who came to our house was just as friendly, professional, courteous and wonderfully capable. The project took the better part of a day to complete and they were so unobtrusive and so professional, we were barely aware that they were here. I can’t say enough positive things to express our complete satisfaction with the job Tom and InTown Electric did for us. There were absolutely no hitches after they left, absolutely everything was reconnected and worked beautifully. No surprises in their estimate either! I highly recommend their service to any- and everyone – friends, family, neighbors-for any kind of electrical work.

Tom at InTown has done work for me on three separate occasions, and on each occasion, he arrived on time as scheduled – including once during a heavy snowstorm. Most recently, I had Tom out as part of a complete basement remodeling project, and I can easily say that InTown was the most professional company of all those who had a part in the project. Tom was friendly and professional, and his attention to detail was excellent. I asked for Tom’s advice regarding several of my electrical issues, and I never felt like I was being “sold” service that I didn’t need. To me, that was the most welcome part of my experience!
